Terms & Conditions

All the item sold in this website is made to order only. Pre order minimum 2 days in advance. If you wish to order for today purchase you can call one of our stores and check for the flavour availability. When you proceed to make an online order, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

We require a full payment to secure the online order.

 

Changes &  Cancellation

We understand that plans can change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. We accept weekday and Saturday cancellations by phone or email prior to 12:00 pm, 3 business days before due date. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee or deny the changes if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order. If there is no due date selected during check out, we'll assume the due date is 2 days since your order is received by us. If a cancellation is requested in less than 2 days before the due date, there will be no refunds.

At J&B cakery we take pride in our baked goods. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, please notify us immediately within the same day of your concern and return your baked good to us. We will work together to resolve your case in an individual and timely manner.

Refund

Any refund that we issue will be returned to you as in store credit only. Product that is not picked up at the day and time customer selected, will not be refunded or be put as store credit.

DUE TO THE PERISHABLE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS IF A COMPLAINT IS NOT FILED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PRODUCT IS PICKED UP OR DELIVERED AND THE PRODUCT NOT RETURNED THE SAME DAY OR LATEST THE NEXT DAY THE ITEM WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR RETURN/REFUND. 

You can arrange a self pick-up for your order. You have the option to choose between 3 locations when you check out. We only deliver to Jakarta area when you order online through our website. We use a flat rate to cover all Jakarta area.
